This is a very complete account of Greek myth. With close to 800 pages fully indexed it is easy to locate the stories of the individual gods or heroes you might be searching for. The text has some decent quality black & white images, but they are not the reason to buy this book. It's all about the stories. I've been teaching myth on the college level for 10 years now and have not found a nicer or more complete text accounting of Greek myths. This book also includes lots of genealogical charts so that you can trace the family histories of gods and human heroes.
